welp, I may be a bit late on this thread, but here is some comic I'm making, with a black autistic main character (like meee!)
here is my comic!
calixte, a young man, (roughly 25) plays his favourite game and is suddenly transported into it, and now he has to defeat the dark lord!
aight it's as far as I can go without spoil, but if you want to subscribe to the comic,
know that it will tackle very sensitive subjects than easly be triggering; read the trigger warnings! the tapas version will be sensored tho, so nothing too graphic in it. violence will have mature ut on it, as well as what is deemed mature by tapas.
anyhow, it's not about video games, it's a story about trauma and recovery. very wholesome at the end!
and as the hero puts it: "life's a b*tch, but it's worth the hustle"

Thanks for this post!

Hello! First time on this forum and first time posting. I honestly don't know if I'm doing this correctly, but I'm Zombs, a black creator that's new to Tapas. I've been drawing comics ever since I was a small child, so I hope you enjoy this wonderful head trip I've created to help with my mental health. Maybe it'll help someone else along the way, who knows.

Hello, everyone! Please continue posting links to your series here, as we'd love to discover/support more Black creators.

Hello everyone!

I didn't even know there was a thread for this :heart_02:
My pen name is Riza Masuyama (also known as FujoshiTings on AO3 and on social media)! I have three works posted here so please give them a read and like/comment/subscribe if you enjoy! The Burdens We Hide is an ongoing work that will be officially released later this month (I have the prologue and chapter 1 posted)! I look forward to checking out the lovely artists in this thread!!

My name is Tad, I'm a black author and all of my male protagonists are black too.
I have always believed in having diversity in my comics, So you'll see all kinds of mixed couples and friendships in my comics

Wow, thank you for this post! My name is Rose and I'm writing my first novel, The Two Alphas of Rosewood Creek. My MC Remy is black and I also include a diverse cast in my novel as well. I think it's important to always to hear the world from different perspectives and show that black characters can be amazing protagonist leads too. Hope you will enjoy my story and I look forward to seeing everyone's series here as well!

All of these are pretty great, I'm half islander and Half Black America along with a bunch of unknown stuff as well, sadly I don't have a comic but a novel so I shall shout out to all of these creators that I am subscribed to.

These two are made from the same author

Well I just made a new series an illustrated novel. I'm of course mixed black so my characters will tend to be racial ambiguous with a variety of skin tones.

Hey guys, not sure if I'm doing this correctly. :confounded: Anyways, I'm a black female creator here on Tapas and I published the first episode of my comic a few days ago. If you are interested in highschool drama romances with some fantasy/supernatural elements be sure to check out my comic. Thank you~ :flushed:

Actually she has more than a few comics. Back when I was in highschool and I find myself reading her comics on deviantart. At one point, she wrote a manga, called The Bottled Prince. It won like second or third place on this wonderful website and was offered to be made in to a book. Something happened tho and it never came to fruition. A couple years go by and she makes a game about faires and I loved it. Anyway, she has her own website if you want take a look. https://www.s-morishitastudio.com/3

Hii! I'm a creator of color and this is my comic I poured my heart and soul in  thanks for reading~

Ayo, I'm one of those African-American asexuals you see in the news these days walkin' down the street and such. Anyways I made a magical girl comic out of all the things I dislike about anime, while also making sure to put a plot in there all smart-like. I'd give it a strong "at least PG-13" just to be safe though.
