Time zone for English Webtoon audiences?

Hello, I have been posting on Webtoon for the last 2 years but I still cannot tell what's the best time zone to look into when posting a comic ... Is it New York time or Los Angeles time ?

webtoons kinda shows you US region reads in dashboard and you can alway ask your readers like where are they from . I bet they are mostly from Philippines....

I would lean towards more New York because then it's only a 3 hour difference to LA. (LA is forward in time 3 hours, so there might be people looking at their webtoon at 5-8 PM) If you start in LA, then New Yorkers will already be asleep, the Midwest is going to bed, and then you're just...waiting for time to crawl over the Pacific Ocean. There's not a lot of people that live in the Pacific Ocean.
