Gently reminder that the website is still associated to the app, it is not a totally unrelated entity and the same rules apply despite of your complains, sadly is how things are when a company has more weight under another, that's why a lot of NSFW creatives rather have their own platforms or means to be supported with other backups.
A similar situation is how several Paypal accounts are being suspended or terminated due to people blatantly announcing and attaching said account to services that is against the digital wallet's terms of use (For example NSFW artwork and yet having people who doesn't make that content still get their accounts suspended due to strict guidelines regarding sexually gratifying content)
I understand you have your own perception of what should be allowed within a platform that sadly is not of your property, but you have to follow through, in that message I can see you are being informed about what you have to fix, then simply ask in detail what should be changed so you aren't guessing around, like you did the previous time.
It says your series is accessible on the website, when I google horny hell your series is the first thing that appears in the results so it's not like you're being buried, unnaccessible, unable to be read, that is impossible for new people to read your story.

Even when I type "Horny Hell" in the search bar of Tapas your series DOES appear

So, at this point I don't know if you're simply obsessing of showing up in the app despite it's logical of the reasons why you won't be showing up, at least you're not being removed entirely like it with Webtoon, a few reports and your series is gone entirely.
The only thing left if you can't appear in the app is to use a link to your series and tell people to read it through browser, self promote on your social media or simply keep your series in your own domain where you make the rules and search for means to be supported, there are artists that use OnlyFans and other platforms, so it's not like you have no chance to even move somewhere else, you can kick and hit but nothing will come out of it when you're not the only one being affected and is not that Tapas is the only platform going through this and is not even the content hosting platforms at fault when there is a bigger fish putting pressure on them as well.
When it comes to Original series, several of those are under older contracts that are still vigent despite of the recent changes of the policies, which are affecting new creators. And honestly, when talking to Original authors that have joined in either Webtoon or Tapas on the last few years, they also have more restrictions than authors that have got the chance earlier than them of serializing their series, so while they have a bit more of privilege because it's logical they are above the average independent artist, they still have to play by the rules, which you either have to follow or simply seek an alternative.
I don't get it why you get so worked up about this when Tapas is not the only one comic hosting platform out there, you appear in the results, you already have your own website, and there are other platforms that allow NSFW or have less strict policies. Sounds like getting mad in vain when you actually have alternatives and things solved even if it's not utopic.
