I revamped the early pages of my comic twice, the second time being when I started to upload pages here, but I want to avoid doing that for a third time. It's not the same as completely redrawing a page, because I was able to easily make changes to panels, or parts of panels without having to redraw everything. Mostly I went back to correct some of the worst anatomy mistakes, character design inconsistencies, or to tweak the dialogue. Even then, that was still a tedious process taking time away from working on the next pages. Completely redrawing old pages would've kept me from still being able to finish and release new pages.
Just making adjustments to older pages without redrawing everything will still take a significant amount of time away from working on the next pages moving forward. Your readers will generally be more interested in the next page being released. You may want to consider if you could make the adjustments without slowing down your current update schedule.
Completely redrawing older pages may only be worth it if you were planning to print them.
