It works vice-versa: I can't seem to find your writing samples. You have to understand that people are not crazily excited to work FOR a no-name person and especially not the "best of the bests" (using the word "best" is a controversial move anyway, since most artists don't consider their own art to be the best). If you are a writer at Marvel and rev-share is 100% guaranteed, then maybe, but until then, you have to pay for quality. (Notice that there is a huge difference between working FOR you and working WITH you. Working for you is a job, so you have to pay for the art.)
It doesn't mean you can't look for an artist here since that's what we have the Collab Category for but you need a way different approach like you have here. There are several great topics here on how to collaborate which can really boost up your chances to find a nice artist. Like this one here:
Most importantly: SHOW YOUR STUFF! Tell us about the story, show your writing skills (if you don't want to show anything from your current story, then show a previous/similar story you wrote before)
