What do you do with a mousse or cream cake you are never going to eat? Do not give it away. Turn it into this! Simply take half of the cake, boil it with one mug of hot water, liquify it with a hand blender and you have yourself a pref-flavoured milk ingredient.
Mix with two eggs, one cup of sugar, two tablespoons of baking powder, three cups of flour (two and a half plus half a cup of cocoa is using chocolate) and some vanilla extract.
Take out your round tin, grease it and bake for 1 hour at 350 and you have yourself a cake you actually like.
PS: You can do the same thing with a mistake attempt cake that had too much liquid. Boil, add hot water, liquify and add the proper amount of dry ingredients and you've saved your cake. In the case of a cake that is too dry, just crumble it up into flour or cocoa powder.
