Da-Hana, a childhood friend of mine, and one of the cityâs guards, came to the caverns with his cousin, Da-Sama, and a few other men. This is not unusual, anyone can come to the caverns. That is our temple, our church, where believers and followers of Poseidonâs come to worship, pay tribute, and offer gifts of food and small trinkets. Even spoils of war at times.
However, Da-Hana had not come to worship. He had come to desecrate.
He announced that he had made a deal with the humans, a group of traders who would protect our tribe from others like them. Their price?
