@AllynCrowe Here is what I've come up with. I tried to keep the idea of neat clothing, but also simple as a researcher to move around in. I may have messed up on him looking 15-18. I wanted to keep the colors a bit cold since he deals with the occult and spiritual things. It probably isn't too Victorian either, but I hope you like it.
This is the first time I've done something like this, so I appreciate you allowing me to do this. Visualizing the descriptions you gave served as a good challenge.
