for me, the tablet is only for aiding in the photoshop part. drawing with it feel like I draw with my left hand

i havent kept up with this comic in FOREVER bc im a MESS but its all traditionally done and its GORGEOUS. ITS REALLY GOOD.

There are a very large number of webomics that use traditional means for their art - however, the trend on Webtoons leans more towards digital art.

Digital methods, from a functional stand-point, are more suitable for quickly churning out material, with the application of colours being as easy as adjusting the colour wheel and a few strokes of the brush.
I imagine this would be crucial for the artists up at the top - they have deadlines to get to.

Also, the comic I work on (Project SHaDe) is largely created with traditional methods - have a look if you're curious.

I make most of my comics the traditional way. I do color it digitally.

Ink on paper here too. Digital wizardry only gets involved when it comes to colouring-in time, and even then I prefer to restrict myself to flat colours.

I draw most of my comics traditionally, too.

I‘m still not sure if I should make my next series (which will be in scroll-down webtoon format) digitally or traditionally. Drawing traditionally is much faster for me and I like the results better and it‘s better for my hands, but being able to draw literally everywhere with nothing but a tablet has its perks, too. And maybe I‘ll get used to it and my digital style get‘s more routined. Here‘s what it looks like at the moment. I tried to make it watercolorish.

I intend to make a fully traditional comic on here at some point! Nothing but ballpoint pens, printer paper, and colored pencils. The only thing I'm worried about it whether my scanner will pick up the colors well enough...
