I have the same problem with the 100 files on Webtoon limit. And because the competition has a max of 5 episodes I'm a little worried.
So all my panels aren't as spaced out as I'd like. If you're using Croppy it splits your files 800px / 1000px but webtoons actually allows for 800px / 1280px, so I've had to cut it myself to get that extra 280px but some of the panels don't perfectly line up together.
But, I think I'm really the only one bothered by it. I'm just going to do it this way, and if it goes over the 5 ep max, whatever I doubt I'll win. So, I'm having fun and enjoying the exposure, with the time restraints so I can actually complete the comic.

Also, someone asked about the contract. I'm really not sure how true this is or how it applies to an anthology. The info is a number of years old because they're not really allowed to talk about the contract till it's over. To keep how much they pay each author a secret, fair enough, some are paid more than others.

But apparently after 3 years the contract with webtoons for an original ends.

You can't delete it from Webtoons, but after those years, you can do whatever you want with it because you still have the rights. Post it to another site, make it into a book, or so on.

For curiosity's sake, it's just nice to know if you do get an originals one day, you might have the option after a few years and your comic isn't 'sold' to webtoons, forever.
