Okay so with the most recent thread about passionate kissing being said I think it’s finally time for me to ask something content related too.
In a future spin off of Cracking Eggs prequel, I will have a couple of scenes where certain characters are smoking cigarettes. Wellington’s father who was a teenager in the late 1940s and 50s, remember, cigarettes were a staple ration especially during the war era, but especially during the 50s, 60s and even up to the 1980s EVERYONE and I mean, except if you didn’t want to, everyone used tobacco, it was acceptable at the time.
At the beginning of this short story, along with warnings of drug references I also added “the following short story contains tobacco depictions”
I however wrote such scenes in a non glamorous light, such as showing characters coughing from the smoke, having it set things on fire, and basically on all sides not being good.
Because now, we understand that it damages your lungs and gives you cancer and second hand smoking is even more dangerous to the people around you.
Anyway, I think I got it covered, but I just want to be sure about said question.
