Just watched the My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission in theaters
This film definitely takes place after Season 5, so if you wanna give it a watch, I'd recommend catching up for a better experience. No spoilers for this review~ I feel like this is the best of the three movies that have been released so far!
This one has the strongest narrative, with the most genuine heartfelt moments. The cast is massive at this point in the series, but the film itself actually focuses on a small handful of characters for the better. Pacing's in extremes, lots of action and lots of calm in between. Even more so than the other films. As for the action, it's exactly the top-tier animation you'd expect out of an anime film, though it does get chaotic and hard-to-follow at times. And the OST this time around! Listen, some tracks return, but there's enough new material that stands out in delivering equally emotional and intense soundscapes.
Overall, it's a great movie even without the need of a huge animation budget, and that's what I'm here for bby. It's a strong 8/10 for me, easy
