Went & saw Jututsu Kaisen: Execution on Sunday- it was good, but I [kinda] hated that they did a re-cap that ate up a lot of the movie time.

Finished Frieren earlier this week...watched the latest episodes of Campfire Cooking & Pass the Monster Meat Thursday night; caught up on the latest dubbed episodes of One Piece last night.

Also watched season 2 of the Tomb Raider animated show on Netflix yesterday afternoon.

I was rewatching Yu-gi-oh! and Avatar the Last Airbender (tho I don't think that one is classified as anime?) Great shows tho. Yu-gi-oh is fun even if it gets repetitive and ATLA is a classic. I was thinking of rewatching Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood next.

MHA finale. What a great series!

Before all the craze, I was (& am) a proud old fan of Horikoshi ever since his "anthro themed" Oumagatoki Zoo manga days: I remembered that his character design and art was really cool and feel sad that the manga was getting pulled in the midway. But not too long he came back with My Hero Academia (after another not-so-popular series). After read the 1st chapter I knew he had something really special here & it could become big. And so it does.

It's such a strange but warm feeling seeing my favorite 'young and promising' mangaka back then grow so much in art and storytelling, and becoming one of the top mangakas to this day...

Started watching Hell's Paradise- went into this show not thinking much of it, the summary sounded kinda intriguing...I DID NOT expect this show to be this dang good- yeah it's got a mid to heavy dose of blood/gore but it's got a STORY and the two main characters are compelling

Just saw the first episode of Frieren season 2! Loved it, even though it was definitely not the typical result in most fantasy stories. The ending animation was particularly beutiful
