Ok a quick reply... so this is what I'm making.
So I brined some chicken breasts in honest, salt, lemons/limes, hot peppers, peppercorn, and crushed garlic for 24 hours. and then got them outta the brine.
Then I pounded them to make them nice and flat for faster cooking then coated them in olive oil to prevent sticking for the next part.
Then popped them on the grill over indirect heat because I don't have a working oven. The chopped potatoes are on the side over direct heat for cooking and were started earlier. We will have salad with this later.
