What are you currently reading?

right now i'm rereading Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami and Tower of God.

tower of god is surprisingly good, it reminds me of HxH in tone and execution, currently on season 2.

kafka on the shore is also pretty good. its about a kid who runs away from home and an old-man who can talk to cats.

I've been slowly rereading "Marlfox" by Brian Jaques, it's part of his Redwall series. Which are all about forest animals that kill each other with swords in epic power struggles. I love the way he writes his villains, over the top and unnecessarily brutal.

As well as "Journey to Cubicle-ville" a Dilbert comic strip collection by Scott Adams. If you've never read Dilbert...it's about life as an office worker.

As usually I'm reading a few books at the same time, but to chose one, it would be "Manner Planker Ozeane" by Helmut Hanke. It's about history of sailing and shipbuilding... not that interesting, struggling to finish last couple chapters.

First appearance of Kosuke Kindaichi and a classic locked room mystery. Yum.

I've ordered "No longer Human" by Junji Ito and "Gyo". It's running late for a week now, and I hope eventually i'll receive it after all, cause ut's the second time I'm ordering Gyo now... SO I feel ypour pain...

I started rereading some old horror and Early BL Mangas again (Because I have no time to read a Big chunk of novel for the moment, so Hagio moto is kinda nice).

It kinda of refreshing to do so one in a while when my memory of the story kind of gone lol.

I've been reading Peerless dad by Noh Cyungchan and Sengoku Komachi Kuroutan: Noukou Giga

Peerless dad I love that the Wuxia troupes are used but not for the sake of vengeance or to become the strongest but to protect and provide for the MC's children =D, such a good dad (also if you like red storm it's by the same guy)

While Noukou Giga is very interesting since it focuses on a part of war that most ignore, farms and resource management :0 . We do get battles, but the most in depth and interesting bits are always the agricultural things the Mc brings to the table.

The Anomaly is about a TV crew exploring the Grand Canyon, and I'm finally at the part where basically.. shit hits the fan, to summarize.

I am currently addicted to reading all of the Maximum Ride Novels (by james patterson), and since I can read about one or two a day, I've gotten through most of 'em quite fast! It's actually the first romantic-side-plot-but-is-uber-important-to-the-plot type stories I've read thats middle-teen centric, I've read younger crush stories and bordering on maybe-steamy YA fantasies, but never this, so it's super-fun!
