I dunno. It was my first time using it since I'm still in the process of adjusting my Korean learning to my schedule. It took me 30 minutes of listening to it mindlessly before I drifted off to sleep. Then waking up, it was still playing and I found myself echoing along with it. Kinda made me reborn like one of those zombies in Train to Busan movie. hehehe
