I'm more of an animator and story board artist. Iv'e been actually trying create my comic for a long time now, but it just doesn't feel right. Still, I gotta try harder: in case if the final product is something that I would like to do.

question reminds me of a question we were given to in my class of Zoology: "are you an experimentalist or a theorizer?" It was something like that: can't quite remember clearly.

Plain artist. I can create things using my hands and mind. Paintings drawings props for cosplay and more. The only thing worth noting is I learn fast because I want to learn new things about art. I currently suck more at writing and so I am trying to learn more about it.

@KoreanTacos I don't think considering yourself as a philosopher comes over as snobby. I'm both an academic philosopher (with a degree in the subject) and as with everyone else, an active philosopher as we all travel our roads in life, and despite any complicated means in which philosophy can be/has been conveyed, I always see it as a subject for everyone.

However, I wonder if art trumps philosophy? As philosophy, despite it's apparent universality, seems a type of art. Some Philosophers consider than a genuine or more authentic life should be considered art, and the self cultivating such a life, the artist. More general musings than anything affirmative.

It works for me! Though I'm someone who puts story as a higher importance than visual design when it comes to entertainment. I get really bored by eye-catching high-budget games and movies with crap stories.

That's not to say I wouldn't like to be a better designer, but if I had to choose, I'd rather focus on storytelling.
