My comic is 'The Commune' and it definitely does a lot better on webtoon since I recently got put on staff picks (and there's a lot more people on there than tapas)

I also have an old gl comic I made as a test comic. It's not great, but it did weirdly well on tapas, probably because there aren't a hell of a lot of gl comics. (definitely helped people find my new comic

For me, promoting on forums has helped a ton with viewership! I also promo on tiktok and twitter and make sure to put links wherever I can. I managed to build an audience for my comic on instagram with minicomics about my characters that people seemed to enjoy!
But yeah, one other big thing is showing off my illustrations for my comics gets people interested, which is why I almost always include my cover art
