Alicia: A lot like Adassa, hair-texture wise, but browner in complexion, with a smaller rounder face like Yooa from OH MY GIRL.
Essence Walker: The complexion of Nyakim Gatwech, but with the height of Zendaya, and an eye shape closer to Rihanna.
I've got one character where I can give a clear cut answer, and that's the Buntha Bear. he looks like and (exaggerated) version of my father.

Honey looks like Herrine Ro x Tiffany Young, but with a much darker golden complexion than either of them, and light blonde (dyed) hair.
Cocoa looks like Beabadoobee but with a slightly rounder face and a browner complexion.
Tiffany looks like a fairer version of J. Maya.
I think Avis looks kind of like Whoopi Goldberg
Dominic's mother looks a lot like Amy Tan. I think Essence's Aunt Pat looks subconsciously quite a lot like one of my own Aunts lol
