Dry humour is my thing. Comedians like Dylan Moran, Bill Burr and David Mitchell really get me going.
With regards to dialogue witty remarks and sly comments make me grin.
Scenario wise, very serious, well to do, or respected people being but in strange situations always makes me laugh (a villain arguing with a child, say).
Awkwardness isn't funny to me (think Meet The Parents) but general incompetence is (What We Do In The Shadows, Outnumbered).
Characters who clown around and try hard to crack jokes really wind me up.
Zapp Brannigan makes me laugh more than Philip J Fry, but Bender is such a terrible person I might prefer him over both.
