The art itself is fine. When you do your comic, you may want to consider reducing the distance between your panels in the scroll format. It gets tiring for thumbs or middle fingers to be continuously scrolling while reading!
In my opinion you can be able to draw those comics from DC or MARVEL or Gekiga Stories.
As well, this art reminds me that Gekiga named AKIRA.

I agree with @jwabeasley, there's waaay too much empty space between your panels. So much so, it often looks like a panel hasn't loaded.
I could literally scroll to have my entire screen be just empty space. It's very annoying, imo, to try and read.
If I were a regular reader, I'd drop it just for that! I have stopped reading webtoons before for being low density like that in the past. Whether that's a serious flaw or not is up to you.
You have trouble with drawing hands or are using some kind of AI generator. Just so you know, Tapas does not allow AI art on the site.

Very expressive especially the eyes. And the angle really highlights the emotion.
Better skill level than my stuff that's for sure
