I started intermittent fasting end of april, that means 16 hours of not eating,
I love breakfast and dinner but I thought itĀ“s easier to skip breakfast than dinner.
So I only had lunch and breakfast for the last 6 months, no sugar, no processed food, healthy food, work out
+ 1-3 walks per day. It was great for my mental & physical health.
IĀ“ll continue doing the fasting because I feel great but now IĀ“ll only have breakfast and lunch and skip dinner.
Quark, I was really surprised that it doesnĀ“t exist in the US. I was in the US a lot some years ago and tried
to find something like it in the supermarket, there is no word for it in english. ItĀ“s in between yoghurt and
curd cheese. ItĀ“s healthy, low fat, high protein and itĀ“s delicious with rasberries and blueberries
