I started intermittent fasting end of april, that means 16 hours of not eating,
I love breakfast and dinner but I thought it´s easier to skip breakfast than dinner.
So I only had lunch and breakfast for the last 6 months, no sugar, no processed food, healthy food, work out
+ 1-3 walks per day. It was great for my mental & physical health.
I´ll continue doing the fasting because I feel great but now I´ll only have breakfast and lunch and skip dinner.
Quark, I was really surprised that it doesn´t exist in the US. I was in the US a lot some years ago and tried
to find something like it in the supermarket, there is no word for it in english. It´s in between yoghurt and
curd cheese. It´s healthy, low fat, high protein and it´s delicious with rasberries and blueberries
