It's my birthday today! So we're making the darkest, angriest chocolate cake ever.
There's no dye or charcoal in that batter.
That cake is not burnt. It's actually supposed to be that color.
It's getting filled with chocolate mousse, and 'frosted' with ganache. This chocolate cake is higher level than even most chocolate lovers I know. I've had it before, and I know what I'm getting into, and I still fully expect to be defeated. I can't WAIT.
