Update: it was delicious, best Sauerkraut and sauce ever!
Not eating it yet, but I started cooking the silesian family recipe.
I made the Sauerkraut myself in october and it was in the basement
for 2 month. Started the soup yesterday night and cooking it right now.
It“s a weird sounding recipe with a lot of ingredients, some ingredients
are sweet like the sweet malt beer, honeycake and syrup, then there
are a lot of hearty ingredients and vegetables for the sauce. It cooks
for some hours and then you eat it with silesian white sausage, potatoes
and kraut and it“s absolutely delicious. The mix of sweet and hearty is
maybe weird for some people, but I“m addicted to it.
