finally playing tangle tower after checking out the demo a while ago and i can feel myself getting sucked in

the visual style is really fun, the characters are interesting, the music is good, the voice acting more so and i get to relive the joys of point and click!~ Really really loving the characters though ough~ sucker for a colorful cast especially with the way they're written
Been at Faast Penguin and Sky as usual though more the former than the latter till i'd realized the new season started so i've been kind of playing catch up on that. even tempted to get this seasons pass since there's a lot of nice new pants and masks but mostly everything is behind the pass so....it's no longer looking optional if i want them.....heh
Also back at splatoon but specifically poking my head back into two ever now and then when i'm missing the old maps and it felt good getting to tear it up again on morray towers and some of the other oldies (at least when my wifi or whatever other connection issues weren't butting in). and then dipped back to three for a lil salmon run but if anything i think i'm just hungry for raiders news or anything even if i cant play the game
and then got completely sucked into acnh for a couple of days at least after the new update but one hotel room and some shopping later and i'm torn of if i'll get back to consistent play but it's an option to turn to when i'm bored with everything else. if anything tho i think i did pretty well by not rushing through everything coz i've got another 10 houses and the other island facilities before i can get the kk concert for the happy home paradise dlc thing and then all the rest of the hotel rooms so i'll probably make that my unwind game next to sky.
popped into palia for a bit too and finally wrapped up a long winded potato pod quest for auni. honestly just as tedious as the prismbeard quest i'd gotten prior to it but way less entertaining or interesting. at the least now i know that it'd probably take a hell of a lot for any company or entity in general to lure me into some no so subtle marketing arg unless it was uniquely interesting and the potential prize seemed actually worth the trouble which this lil side quest was not
also planning on eventually getting back into ib since i finally bought that too thanks to a switch sale but i hadn't realized how long its been since i dipped back into rpgmaker games much less remembered the puzzles and things for it so i think when i come back to it if i get stuck i'll just cave and visit a tutorial. thankfully tho havent done that too much with tangle tower so far but anything i manage on my own feels like a pretty big win. something satisfying in figuring stuff out yourself that dont really get old
but definitely making tangle tower my main fix
