What Happened to Calliptus?

I know this might be a dumb question, but I really want to know. What happened to calliptus? The last time she was on tapastic was in 2015, she said that she was going on a 3 week hiatus because she was going to the Philippines with her dad to resolve some issues (that's what I read on her tumblr). But since then, all her social media has been dead.

It's as if she dropped off the face of the earth. Did she quit her old account and now goes by a different name? Did she stay in the Philippines? Or did she just quit. If you could, please help me answer my question, where's calliptus?

Have you checked line webtoons? I know a lot of people went there, if they have a twitter or instagram that might help too. Can't think of anything else you could try.

I checked Webtoons and they don't have anything on there. But I did check instagram and she did have an account, which hasn't been used since 2015 as well.

No idea who this is but I hope she's ok, hopefully she's just lost interest or got caught up in real life stuff.

Have you tried to contact those who commissioned her art? (Not sure if this sentence is right, I'm not a native english speaker D:)

Maybe they have her personal email or know where she is now. I also hope nothing bad happened to her

Oh I actually went to college with her (she was the one who originally told me about this site)! But the last I've seen of her on facebook was a couple years ago.
I believe she is just keeping off of social media and trying to figure stuff out in her life.

Thank you for commenting that's awesome that you went to college with her! If she is staying offline to figure stuff out, then I entirely understand why she would cut out social media. I have a few accounts to see whats going on in the world, and it can get VERY hectic after continuously checking different apps to see if anything is going on Thank you again! I feel like there's a bit of an answer now!

It’s been 10 years now, and I just finally remembered this artist. They haven’t been seen since. It’s really worrisome that they went on hiatus but never came back. I know this post is really old but it’s really sad how this artist never came back. I hope nothing bad happened to them. I saw that some people who commissioned them before she disappeared never got their commission. Apparently you can still buy her merch off of redbubble but any reviews are made by bots and it seems like people actually never get back their merch. I just really hope the artist is alright. Their instagram is completely private so we can’t even know if they’re active there.
