I would have to say Kuroshitsuji. My sister has told me my style looks like it was inspired by Kuroshitsuji. It is most noted with eyes and hair detail. I really do enjoy the story line for it. I can never draw like the Glorious Yana Toboso, but yeah she is an idol of mine.

Mine would have to be Dogs Bullets and Carnage by Shirow Miwa.
In the beginning my art looked a lot like his but not as much anymore, I can still see some similarities though. But I'm not ashamed of it.

taking in consideration the plot i'd say by far aku no hana, but if i had to say in drawing style i think i would go with bleach and sun ken rock even tho that last one is too good to be mastered that easily by me

I do think I draw similar to BAA, although I am absolutely not even close when it comes to illustration and storytelling skills. And I even have similar story elements, which was not even my fault, as I worked with a writer for the initial idea.

I used to read manga frequently in highschool and early college years but haven't done so much as of late. :[

I remember the two that impacted me the most as a younger artist and writer was definitely From Far Away and Pandora Hearts.

From Far Away had some pretty cool action scenes and monsters even though it was classified as a shojo. Plus the characters were fantastic.

I adored Pandora Hearts but I'm not sure if I ever really finished it [though I think it may still be going?]

Though I can't really say my art style reflects it much nowadays. xD

I'd have to say Death Note is my favorite manga so far. My style looks nothing like it (although I've been told that Toru looks a bit like L. Its gotta be the shaggy black hair and under eyes).

Death Note was my biggest inspiration in manga story-telling back then. ironically though, non of my work ever had the artstyle influence nor the storytelling of tsugmi obha and takeshi obata~

a manga that really influenced my works though has to be Soul Eater by Atsushi okubo. i think his artstyle really showed up in my old drawings:

hands down my favourite manga is +anima. it was the first i ever read. when i was like 11, and i havent seen it in years, so idk if itll hold up. still need to see if theres an anime. my art styles nothing like it though bc i dont draw manga.

My favorite artist is Hoshino Katsura (D. Gray Man). Her style evolves over time but my favorites are her middle and more recent style. I like seeing how she evolved through the story and I hope I'll constantly improve as I go too.
My style is nowhere near as refined as hers.

Anything Naoki Urasawa. Especially one of his earliest: "Yawara"! So much so that I devoted 9 months to creating a comic in that vein, except mine expands on the "Fashionable" portion that his comic explored.

when i was in high school i liked horror and guro manga a lot. junji ito, kazuo umezu, some other examples too vulgar to list here...

I also liked Inio Asano's "Oyasumi Punpun"

and i've always been lowkey into Kuroshitsuji.... i still read the chapters every month. > w >

So, I've got gloomy kids, gloomy worlds, and crosshatching. Pretty good indicators of my style. :B

Favorite is NARUTO~ (I feel like I've mentioned this in so many other posts that people who frequent the forums probably already know this...OTL lol) Yes, my style is a lot like Kishimoto's though not nearly as polished. I'm trying to steer away from being a carbon copy though and get my own style. It's a bit easier to because I use only traditional mediums, but still~ And since I'm too lazy to go get my external hardrive with all my art, I will post the following fanart sketch swap I did for the forums haha The first is my Treya wearing Edonna's clothes from Shadosassins and then my En wearing Maria's clothes from Anterra Chronicles~ And of course, the last is Naruto~ (yay sasuke haha)

Blade of the Immortal, basically one of my biggest inspirations when i was developing as a writer

and

Hunter X Hunter...I can read both of these mangas over and over

i can't draw though T_T lol
