I created this power myself and it is really simple in the sense of a superpower, but in truth it is the most powerful power anyone could think of.

I have to power to create multiple copys of my Resonate Frequency that hold energy within them. I then can harvest that energy from those copys and convert them into any form of energy I want. That is the boring part, the cool part is what I can do with that energy once I have it. let's say I punch someone normally the result would be that I would have bruised knuckles and they would have a broken nose. Now if I make 10 copys to harvest the energy from them and I punch someone, the energy would convert to kinetic energy. The result of the punch would be that I would have bruised knuckles and they would be goo all over the walls and ceiling. the reason I would not feel the effects of newtons third law of motion would be that the energy is not powering my physical body up, it is flowing through it. Now this power can be applied to any form of energy my body and produce from food and convert.
That is the simple part, the reason why it is the most powerful power is that I could(with practice) apply it to the environment. Ok if you have a knife and slash it you are converting kinetic energy from your swing to movement energy to cut. I could pick up the knife and "feel" it's Resonate Frequency and make copys of it. Once I have the copys I can convert the energy in them to produce that same effect of cutting even if I don't have the knife in my possession. So it would be like a phantom knife that is not there. even better the color spectrum operates on a Frequency system, with that in mind I could "Bleed" color into that phantom knife to give it a visual form. You can see it and you can feel it but it is not there. I can apply that to anything in the universe. I could literally create planets with a single thought.
