For today, I wrote on my planner to rewrite one chapter. But, seeing that I exceeded my goal yesterday and today is still a day off for me, I think I'm aiming for 2 or 3 chapters.
Also, for me, I notice planning out a goal and writing it down on my planner is a really good way to achieve the goal. Before I did that, I would procrastinate more and be too lenient on myself. Now, with a set goal, I can actually achieve something and it feels rewarding (Even without actual rewards. Just checking on my planner and realizing that I finished anything I needed to do was a great feeling).
