Hard to come up with a top 5, I currently have only 1 artist who influenced me
1) Qtonagi 旧都なぎ

I love how Nagi's art is so cute, and not just generic kind of cute, its like rlly uniquely cute. She is also a master of lighting, I still can't get most of my shades right. Nagi also shares my interest in antique architecture. Nagi loves to draw antique + fancy, whereas my preference is more specific. I like to draw Rococo architecture and boys in Ouji fashion (it derived from aristocrat fashion). The way she shades is also very unique.
Now these other artist don't currently influence my art, but they used to. My art have changed styles many times as I get inspired by various artist. Here are some of them in no particular order.
2) Pluvias

I was inspired by Pluvias' choice of colours for a long time. Not anymore now though. I had my pluvias-phase.
3) Dirgeダージ
Japanese people usually like to draw cute girls, but Dirge's style is more mature, which I like. I now draw noses the way Dirge draws, and my anatomy follows Dirge's.
Then here are some anime
4) Trickster
I love how cute yet hot the anime art style make boys look.
5) Diabolik Lovers (MMMM HOTTIES)
Look at the boys and you could make a good guess what part of this style influenced me
