Over the moon might be tricky to figure out because what Leia wants most is hard to ever consider completely "done" - but basically to find that her little brother has completely quit and made a full recovery from his eating disorders.

Riley would be over the moon with joy probably if her could suddenly become happy with his body. I'd say waking up in the body of his dreams, but tbh, he's so depressed, he probably still wouldn't be satisfied. The only thing that would make him truly happy would be learning to love the body he's in. That said, he doesn't even really THINK getting the body he's trying to get will make him happy. TBH, there isn't much that he thinks would make him happy, not even going out with his crush.

He'd probably get happy for a little while if he could just have a day chilling, hanging out and teasing his older sister, but that's basically about it. Over the moon with joy isn't in the cards for him rn.

This is going to sound very hippie, but Dominic would be happy if everyone he loved could just get along and love each other. On a more selfish, or rather, localized level, he'd be happy and Essence could be a couple.

He's a very excitable person, so it really doesn't take a lot to set him over the moon with joy honestly. He'd be over the moon if one of his siblings got their dream job or was asked out by the person of their dreams as well.

In "Lyra's Magnum Opus", both Sana and Tetsu want the other to smile. A good way to make the other smile is to see their partner in laughter. Tetsu in particular gets so excited when Sana is laughing. It's very heartwarming.

Scarlet is usually pretty close to over the moon with joy, she might already be over the moon, but any time she and the people around her are laughing and joking with each other, she's basically on cloud nine. She's very easy to make happy.

Cocoa would be over the moon with joy if Dominic or Honey bought them tickets to go somewhere really cool together like an amusement park or an escape room.

Honey would be over the moon if she got noticed by one of the influencers who inspires her. She's very big on fashion and style and she runs a pretty big fashion IG.

there's this part in chapter 10 that just perfectly encases this question

“Listen I know you love your cape and you have been feeling blue without it so I made you this” I had taken a black sports jacket from the clothes we were given and with some of the thread and my new sewing machine I sewed the logo of the guards on the back.

“I… I… I” he was dumbfounded “I know is not the best, I had to practice with the sewing machine and…” he threw himself at me and gave me a big bear hug “I… I have no words for this, I love it, thank you so much Ozwald!” “don’t mention it so what are you waiting for try it on” he let go of me and put his new jacket on, it fit perfectly “I’m never taking this off!”

for Ozwald it would have to be Higen taking him to the arcade on his birthday

Hmm, for Chili it would probably be just a whole day without any deadlines or work to do so he could just cuddle with Texas and their cat Pudding.

For Texas, it would probably be finally mastering art (ha, as if anyone ever actually masters it.)

Therese would like the time to go take a trip to see her friends and relatives, so getting to see her parents again and the people she knew as a teen would set her over the moon with joy. Verner would probably be over the moon with joy if he and his wife could have another kid. He wants a daughter, but it's a very bad idea given the story's current circumstances.

Andrew is very easy to make happy, and also adhd, so he regularly forgets that he put shrimp or something else he wanted to eat in the fridge, and he's super happy when he finds it again later.
