What Would Your Character Do? [Christmas Edition]

[Aims]

Adam and David attend the orphanage's Christmas dinner and open the donated presents with all the other kids.
All the restaurants, including fastfood restaurants, are closed, so hey can't really skip it unless they want to go hungry for the night.
Then they either keep the presents they got, trade them if they can, or just give them to the other kids. They often get clothes that don't fit them or that they just don't like, or toys they're way to old for.
Then they give each other a present before going to bed. David normally gets Adam a warm hoodie or jacket, since he gets cold easily, and Adam gifts him a new pair of tennis, since he does a lot of running around.
Spice normally sleeps through the whole day, since she doesn't really like the holiday that much. Her family is long gone, and she's dead, so she can't really get the boys anything, and if they tried to gift her something, she would have no use for it...

Cassie tries to get her whole family together: Her friends, and her brothers (and include her older brother's "roommate", since they are forced to be a package deal. And he’s nice to her and her family, so she's fine with having him around).
Her and her friends play secret santa amongst themselves every year, and her and her brother's will also give each other presents.
So by the end she'll either get two or three presents. Her younger brother gets included in the secret santa game, so he'll end up as her secret santa sometimes. His gifts are always something he stole from her room and warped in tinfoil, like one of her shoes for example. Her older brother, on the other hand, will gift her something like socks.

Thanks so much! I hope you dig it. I was playing through Witcher during the NaNoWriMo when I wrote the first draft, so it definitely took on that monster-hunter vibe.

No problem . N3on Noir falls into a similar vein to Snow Crash, that whole bleak cyberpunk, corporate takeover future. I hope either you or your husband enjoy it.

As for Gambler's Run, yes, it's a space western and Firefly was most certainly one of the inspirational influences, I hope you enjoy it.

She's a ghost, but Adam used to think she was a demon, when he was little, because of her wings and horns.

Cool idea.
Morgan would probably spend her Christmas only with Hat, her mother and the various creatures she adopted. She would love all the Christmas decorations and of course all the sweats and cakes. She would for sure buy or maybe even create her own presents for everyone including her adopted creatures. She would probably try to decorate and cook everything by herself without using magic, but end up using spells because of lack of time or another disaster.

Haha, I've been meaning to watch Buffy for a while! I wouldn't be surprised if the two are comparable--Freakspotters is about some college girls getting roped into supernatural shenanigans, and it's pretty campy and comedic (save for when it gets dark lol).

Actually when the comic starts Donnie is already well into his descent, and the first episode is all about him meeting his neighbor for the first time.
