They are in Germany and Germany's legal drinking age is 16 years old. Their age are all 16 years old and older so basically it's legal.

That would be a tough call considering Earth is uninhabitable in my story

I guess if I assume that wasn't the case, Kaguyo would probably fit right in in New York. Walk fast, keep to yourself, eyes straight ahead, punch someone in the face if they keep bothering you Chiara would probably hit up southern Italy.

Kaguyo seems, I don't know... slightly antisocial, you know, just a touch , as for Chiara on the other hand, I'm not sure which character that is, but I guess you can't go wrong with Southern Italy. Great food, great weather. All in all, sounds like a really good time.

Genji obviously, if he goes to Switzerland, he will not learn to snowboard, I think he would visit Mercy first. I think it would have been obvious since he had already met his brother and shown his dragon, but I would rather have another question, How could he fly to another country? He's a Cyborg and a ninja as well. Probably just Found this site for affordable airplane charter services, at least that's what I would have done if I were him.

That is a tricky question, Xepholen has never taken a holiday.
For that matter, he has never even been part of society so his knowing the basics is out of his comfort zone. If he had to choose, he most likely would choose somewhere quiet,
So he would probably be near a beach or something seeing that he's never seen the ocean before. so maybe Cuba

Naota has a wheel. He just spins and to see where he goes. Nothing is too expensive.

Rumey would go to somewhere warm and close to the ocean like the Maldives. He'd try to do some boating, learn some surfing, relax on the beach, that kinda stuff. Xiz can go anywhere in the world but he would tag along just to torment other beach goers. Turn into a purple penguin and follow one guy so when he tells others he'll sound crazy, tie someones shoes to their chair while they're seated, and more.
