So I have started my first fulltime job this week after I graduated from college in November. And I am contemplating to hire someone who could do flat colours for my pages once I get back to drawing them. It would mean I would draw the lineart and send the artist the linearts to do flats for, and they would send me a separate flats layer in return.
But I'm not sure what rate of pay per page is appropiate for such a task. Do you guys have some more experience in that regard?
