I love your story. That's what I try to do too with customers. Those who are respectful get a lot of advice from us, even if it means they may not need to buy some produce because they are now successfully growing it. There are always more difficult crops for them to buy from me, and I get new customers from them. If it starts with mutual respect, it is positive for everyone. However, when it starts with entitlement.. it won't go anywhere.
