I agree! Ragnarok my favorite MCU movie, and I think it's great and I'm so motherfuckin' glad they let Hemsworth ACTUALLY be funny. If Waititi doesn't direct the next Thor movie, if there will be one, I'm gonna riot.
i mean, okay, the glitch effect may be inaccessible to some people but that doesnt make the animation not seriously innovative and beautiful?? i feel like thats a small thing to dismiss all the ways that movie is groundbreaking
I agree with both of you honestly, the glitchy effect was wonderful but as someone with eye problems the climax made me wanna turn the movie off x3 too much glitching and hot pink. Beautiful yes but also painful to the eyes.
Wasn't INTO THE SPIDERVERSE mainly a Sony film though?
Disney doesn't need to be trying to take credit for that.
I actually saw some video in the last week that talked about how Spider-man specifically has copyright all over the place and so he's a bit of "everything" between being Marvel (Disney) and being Sony and not being unique to just one company now. It'd take a lot of effort and money on Disney's part to try and get sole copyright ownership of it - him - and even then, the "spiderverse" has opened a huge can of worms that make it so someone else can say it's someone that isn't "Spider-man".
oh yeah we've gone off on a tangent fam - we're talking abt if theres ever been a great superhero movie.
disney gets ZERO credit for spiderverse
