I get up, feed my cat, grab some breakfast, and then usually eat at my desk while I get started. Once paid client work is all done, I try to script/sketch at least 5 new comic pages over the weekends and then spend weekdays finishing 1 page per day. When I sketch/script, I need absolute silence so I try to do that as early as I can, before my BF wakes up. With any other stage I'm fine to listen to youtube, chat with people, listen to music, etc while I work.
