It's the Philippines
Wow that’s very cool
I don't like hearing Christmas songs before Thanksgiving. I'm a "one-holiday-at-a-time" kind of person.
Yes so am I and most of my family (Just wish stores and the radio thought the same way)
IMO instead of playing it early, start playing it on Christmas day until the new year..Or maybe I'm just sick of listening to it from mid-November..
I am too but it’s like all the radio has to offer
honestly i think its fair game after turkey day is over ┐(‘~`;)┌
im more adamant about giving halloween breathring room but thanksgiving is passable (• ▽ •;)
I play it whenever the heck I darn well want to >:[
... with earphones in, of course c:
If it weren't for Halloween, we'd be hearing Christmas music in August.
I really like Christmas music, so I don't care how soon they start playing it on the radio. The radio stations started playing Christmas songs on the 24th of November and that seems okay to me because they start with one song every few hours and the closer it gets to Christmas, the more songs they play.
If it's the pop songs, then like halfway through December, if it's the nutcracker or carol of the bells I could probably listen to that all year and not mind. It's just nice classical music, who can turn down Tchaikovsky?
My best friend does
A friend of mine was working as a minijober in a fancy sports store to wrap up christmas presents. I, personally, would have quit after ONE DAY of constant christmas yodel in my ears 🤯
Oof that’s the worst I personally don’t really like it to much lol
Reading all that makes me happy that I´m self employed since years and I´m the only one who decideswhat music I listen to the whole day. I dig 1940s / 1950s christmas songs. I also recorded a christmas song one year ago with one of my bands
This sounds like a quick and painless death
Not in all the countries. Some celebrate Orthodox Christmas, our country has Christmas on January 7th it's not such an important holiday here like New Year's though.
You have SERVERAL bands? Tell us more!
my family usually starts decorating the day after thanksgiving and unfortunately I've continued the tradition
This is a long story I´m singing and playing acoustic guitar & blues harp in 2 bands andI´m playing upright bass in one band right now. I can´t count in how many bands I played upright bass and electric bass in rockabilly, blues, doowop, punk and ska bands.I used to play 100 shows per year which was a crazy time and whenI wasn´t playing a show I either worked for other bands or went to a show as a guest
