I'm in EST (New York time) and I found that my comics do well when I post them around noon? Anywhere between 11am - 2pm has worked best for me and if I post them in the evening they don't really get attention.

It would be interesting to see where most of our tapastic readers are from! I can do that with the stats on my wordpress page and it's not really overtly helpful... but I'm always really interested when I get a reader from a new location.
