Heya! I'm from Washington (state, not DC) (USA)~ Seattle area-ish. I've met a few other people here who live in the vicinity actually (online only, not irl) and I'm like "Whoa, small world!"

I have yet to do any conventions, and probably wont be ready to this year either (unless maybe laaaate this year), but maybe next year I'd like to try my hand at tabling a con or two. There are quite a few local from what i understand (Sakura con, obviously, but also smaller ones).

I'm from Russia (Republic of Bashkortostan region or Bashkiria). Ural mountains region that borders Europe from Asia. I can see foothills of the mountain ridge from my house window

I was on the convention once in my life, in the Ufa, city around 150 km away from here. It was before I started to making my comic. I used to cosplay a bandit from STALKER there. It was fun, but expensive.
But I won't go there anytime soon for sure. And there is also conventions in major cities, but it's way too expensive for me to go there, I don't even think about that. And I don't like Moscow, actually

The most of my live I was living in small provincial town in Russia. But for last several years I'm living in Moscow, and like it.
I was making different sorts of art and stories through whole my life, but most of them have been disposed/deleted. At spring/summer 2018 I've started to work on my first serious comics (I mean, more-or-less long, neatly drawn and with plot) and then decided to share it.
I'm glad that there are people who read it and share their opinions about it, because I like to discuss it (of course if discussion is not offencive, but this is very rare case here). I'm not going to delete it even if I'll be disappointed in it (as I was disappointed in all of my creations at some point), because I don't want to upset people who read it.

I'm from the Philippines XD though gladly there are some Filipino creators here... Also our art community is small so as if everyone knows everyone and I'll just be like "wew small world"

Komikon is the most known cons here I've only tried once, but I'm planning to book a table soon

Alberta here ! there should be more of us because nothing beats curling up in a blanket and making comics to hide from the cold weather

Im from Florida! 8D the place where people go to die- i mean retire. Its really not as bad as people say though I do admit their is absolutely no night life here.

Ive been doing comics since high school so 2007 or something?? tho i only really feel like ive reached a level of professionalism sometime in the tens. I like to do writing on the side but have yet to get the confidence to post those here >.> But ill post my fantasy comic that is very drama heavy.

I'm from little ole Rhode Island, USA. It isn't an island. More like a suburb of Boston. Though Boston is too far away (like an hour drive!) so I rarely go there.

I only go up there for Anime Boston. My favorite con, but I'm biased.

Halo! I'm from Indonesia (does any of you even know where it is? Lol). :3

I'm essentially a writer and an artist (though I probably not eligible enough ^^; ), and I'm on hiatus very often since my motivation tank burns out very often.

So, my works I published some writings and comics but as you guess it, everything is on hiatus.

This is one of them that I'm currently trying to mister up my motivation to made, but kinda failed on that aspect. XD

I'm always okay with saying where I live (well, not the street address, of course), especially since it would be silly to try and hide it when I specifically have my main series taking place in my home town. I'm from Redding, California (USA, but that's a given with the name of the state, one of the most famous states in the country). If anyone heard of that gigantic wildfire in northern California over the summer--that started just outside of the city (in a place called Whiskeytown) and hit the Redding city limits even. The other ridiculous fire that happened over the fall (which wasn't as big, but was worse--it was far more deadly and eliminated an entire city; not a big one, but it had enough people to be considered a city) was two hours or so South of us. Not that the fires are relevant, but I sometimes just keep talking/typing without fully engaging some sort of filter.

Anyways, my main comic is the Almighty Protectors. It's about a team of superheroes as they have adventures across universes.

I live in Cumbria, UK, near the beautiful Lake District! I don’t have my comic on tapas anymore, but you can check it out on Patreon! I do the occasional convention when I can afford to, and hope to do some more this year!

I have never gone to a con before, but I think there are pretty good ones in Madrid and Barcelona, so I might give them a try.

Another South East Asian person specifically Indonesian, I don't see other Asians often here.

I'm a student (but stupid as fuck), only doing art and writing as a hobby . I'm more of an artist than a writer, although I prefer to tell my story in written form.
