I do indeed! It's been running for about a year and a half now, and for the last year I've sat pretty consistently around $300pm / 30-40 patrons. It's good to keep fixing and updating your page so it all stays relevant - For example, when I wasn't posting any comic for 1-2 months, I took away the "cameo in a comic" perk and filled the gap by increasing the amount of content for the other perks/tiers.
Feedback I have for yours is to make more tiers! Have more amounts in between 1 and 20, offer $3 perks and $5 perks so people can baby step into it without going straight to mailers. Actual content like exclusive art posted on the feed or a weekly news post about the progress of your project is a great perk to offer without stressing you out too much to get it all done in time.
I've also read the Patreon "tips to improve" pages back to front, and I can absolutely vouch for their suggestion to make lots of stretch goals. Instead of having 1 goal of $1000, have lots of little ones in between (I have one for each 100 milestone), plus a reward for hitting that! It's a good community incentive to get people supporting and telling their friends.
