Why are our webtoon episodes too long?

So, are you saying this site creates a link to a certain image file? Does this only work when the post is several pages uploaded per post (vs. one single image scroll?) I'm sorry, I'm not very bright when it comes to coding XD

Is a website that can where you can pass what options for image processing inside the URL. This means you can use it to create urls to share with others process images however you want.

The url I have shared allows you to add 1 to many files and get a zip file of the processed files which are split into webtoons sized files, where each image is less than 300kb. This means it should be suitable to at least 65 panels.

croppy now automatically converts it to less than 20 MB.
It tries a few things,

First PNG, then JPEG, then JPEG compressed to less than 20MB

A lot of readers on Webtoons really prefer longer episode over frequent updates. I believe you can avoid the feeling of disorganization by planning out the entire strip on a smaller canvas, split the rough episode strip then polish each slice accordingly.
