Something like that. You have "earned" and "available" which doesn't cross over with something like, say PayPal's limits of "funds aren't available for 14 days" and such that that company has. It likely has to do with some kind of processing on Tapas's end and what not.
Like if I work today and tomorrow, my pay period is Monday-Sunday, so I could be paid on the 7th at the earliest but my work does every Friday, so it's actually not funds in my bank account until the 11th. I've worked, I've earned the money, just have to wait for a "pay period" for it to be processed.
