A 17 year old boy with short, wavy/fluffy black hair with a mask resembling a carnival mask but instead of feathers, they are lightning bolts. He's a superhero, and the costume goes up his neck and has a slit and the adams apple. On the front of the costume (where his chest is) there's an cartoon-lightning bolt with an arrow going through it (kinda like those hearts with arrows going through)
