Hey guys wanted to ask if this problem I'm having is just me or not, but I'm having issues with my comp ever since i got a new comp. its the same exact model as my old comp that came with windows 8.1 but this one came with 10. I've been trying to switch to medibang seeing as its free and the other program ive been using is just as buggy on this newer comp. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmEnrWScim0 this is pretty much what the problem looks like. any solutions? Also the tablet model i use is a monoprice tablet thats 6.5 inches by 8.
