Winners of contest what are the requirements before having your prize?

  These are some of the requirements. How can you get them? Where? Do we need an attorney for this?

The results will be announce today, I just scanning the contest rules and regulations on webtoons and stumble upon this requirements which I don't have any idea how to get if, big IF, I win. (Chances are astronomical) And I guess those who will win will find this helpful if someone answers.

Ah, I see. I thought they announced it and I wasn't aware.

I doubt they'd be releasing the results today tho. Although it's Aug 12 here where I'm from, it's still Aug 11 from their part of the globe.

You need to create the affidavit yourself and get it notarized from yes, an attorney. They usually have templates for all such legal documents.

The affidavit also includes a publicity release and a release of liability for the conduct of the promotion.

For tax, if you are a tax-payer, you will have your tax-payers registration.and relevant forms.
