Hi!
What really jumps out to me is my own confusion about what is going on with the cover. I love the font you've chosen, and the placement of said font. When it comes to the illustration alone, it took me some struggling to piece together he's in some kind of room. It's too dark.
Then, with who I assume to be Donnie, I don't know what pose he's striking. Maybe his leg is up and he's leaning on his knee? That's the only thing that makes sense to me. It's just so dark, and his legs look invisible. I don't know what that sandy-peach object near his head is, either. At a glance, it looked like a hand, but his hands are down near (what I think is) his knee.
Again, great font choice and graphics, they're very emotive. But the pose... As a viewer I'd really need to see more clarity. I have no idea what's going on. I'd suggest looking up "Man leaning on knee" in a search engine. There's some poses there for reference where the silhouettes themselves make sense of the pose. The trench coat here obscures a lot of what is happening for me.
Good luck on your WIP!
