It looks nice how organised that is. Personally that doesn't work for me though. I have a tendency to spread out my details and info through various formats and devices. I think I am that way as a natural habit to avoid "rules" and systems in place for organising. I call it Jazz. To each his own.
Some examples would be, I have a note file on my phone for any sudden ideas for development in the story, or characterisation, as well as descriptions. I have a document on my laptop specifically as a guide for constructing the episode releases for the current season, including episode names and a little context. And one other document with character bios including hard to remember info. Additionally, the scripts for each episode are all in separate word documents, and not in one file. They are all on-going and occasionally updated. I don't use any fancy apps or anything.
