I'm not sure if you mean mid-story or you're drafting and just want to change overall. So, for lack of context, advice for all situations:
If changing mid-story: it can definitely work, I've read a few stories around the internet in my years that had a decent enough framing device to switch and make it work (like, plot twist, you were reading a diary or the person who was pov character died) but you need to have a solid transition to make it work.
If you're already publishing and want to change mid-way through just because you think it works better, be honest with your readers, webnovels are kind of unique in the sense that you can do that, some people won't like it, but some will be ok with it.
If you're drafting and just want to change everything: ask yourself which pov works better. 1st is used a lot in things like YA and webnovels, but rarely is it done well. It's a uniquely intimate pov that lets you get a long way into your character's head and a lot of time it's not used as effectively as it could be and ends up stale and boring and "They laugh. I smile. It's weird, so I leave." kind of repetitive which is not what you want. Third is a lot harder to get wrong but isn't as close and if you have a larger plot with lots of moving parts is definitely easier to handle.
