Would your OC survive a deathbattle?

Depends, my character Japhin is suppose to be overpowered as in a drunk dude wielding chain saws and grenades overpowered. It would take one person whose incredibly smart and skilled to get past all the manically unstable glitz and glamor. Anyone whose just in it to fight would lose immediately and die.

This is highly situational. I believe most of my characters could definitely win in deathbattles. It just really depends on their opponents. A ton of research would need to be done to make sure the fights would be fair.
My comic is an action fighting series so I'm confident each one has potential to win, as I have some cool powers on display.

Well, it really depends on the feats of the opponents my characters are going up against. However, I'm pretty sure Dan and the other superhumans in my webcomic would put up a good fight or dominate in a death battle.

Okay, I don't know how all the characters would fair, but I feel like Sequel would seem to totally die but then he opponent leaves and it turns out he survived somehow, so... draw?

I'll say this of a death battle in Errant: It's a good job Sarin Aoki is the most upstanding moral of everyone in the comic, because if she wanted you dead, you'd be decapitated before you could move. Sarin isn't necessarily the most powerful person in the comic (Her primary weakness is her inability to channel much power into her body; she's a glass cannon), but she's the one who'd be the most efficient at killing humans due to two characteristics:
1. She's good at sensing magic so anyone magical can't hide from or sneak up on her.
2. Her magical abilities are mostly based in long-range energy projection and her aura slices things (you can see her aura in the prologue leaving cuts all over Ambrosius. That was her at fourteen using it instinctively. Wait til you see what it can do now we're past the time skip... )

Ironically, a person with no magic and a sniper-rifle would be the most effective person to defeat her. A magical knight with a sword though? Oh, they're super-dead. Unless the fight started with them standing literally like a foot apart.

Depends on which characters would be pit against which enemies. Also whether they are toned down or not. Because my characters range from mages & warriors to 100 feet demons, dragons and people who can rip container ships in half with their bare hands. Also queen who can turn harder than steel.

Tl,dr: really depends on a lot of factors. But hey, as long as the deciding factor isn't power level then I'm all ears.

Also... Oslo would most likely win because he'd just create a portal beneath you and drop you into a volcano or something lol

I think it depends on what kind of fight.. If it was like an epic fantasy battle I think Karl would survive and Hanse would probably die by being backhanded by sauron

No, my protagonist compared to a typical action hero will be like-- putting a kitten into a pit with a fierce dog. Even with cat reflexes it'll eventurally will get tired and getting mauled.

I mean is it a deathbattle if someone's immortal? Maybe an emotional death? Death of the soul kinda thing. Cause yeah he could get dissed pretty badly.

If I were to place all my characters in something like a deathbattle, yeah I think the guy genetically engineered to hunt down adaptive killer robots might have a bit of an advantage.

Van would definitely survive. Bringing a gun to a knife fight? Nah, try bringing a killer robot made from a broken microwave and an old MacBook to a knife fight.

Tonx used to be a champion professional boxer so at one point maybe but currently? Probably not. She’d probably just stand there and be moody.

I do think about it and the only characters that would win a deathbattle more times than not are my high-tier characters; there are only three I made that are just above the rest, even the high-tiers.

For the low to mid tiers, it varies on factors. So battles can go either way; but generally the low powerful characters would lose more while mildly powerful characters would be 50/50 or 40/60.

Nah, he has no chance against powerful vis-a-vis. He lost major battles to merely every antagonists in canon, and he was only one step aside the death, so why the hell he can possibly win someone even more powerful? Nonsense, Diego is a natural loser, and that's why I love him and can feel.

I think both V and Bestia would fare pretty well.

Bestia is supposed to be an OC-stand-in of a canon character who is an ancient Sith Lord with control over fear and vast reserves of the Force, as well as centuries of life and battle experience. She is, however, strongest when working with the other SIth Lords in her little group, the Dread Masters.

V is a child of Darkseid, and has inherited the Omega Effect, the signature ability of Darkseid's that is responsible for the stone-like skin and the eye-beams. However, V lacks experience, being stuck in the origin realm of the Omega Effect for a long time.
